Lisa Sorce currently works as the Director of Human Resources & Administrative Services for Padre Dam Municipal Water
District. She has served in this role since December of 2012. Lisa oversees Human Resources, Risk & Safety, Information Systems and Communications for the District. Prior to joining Padre Dam, Lisa worked in the private sector as the Director of Human Resources for Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp for 14 years. Lisa graduated from Bellevue University with a BS in Strengths Based Business Management and is currently enrolled in the Masters of Jurisprudence for Labor and Employment Law Program at Tulane University. Lisa is a strong advocate of community service and is active in the community; currently serving on the Crisis Intervention Team for the San Diego Police Department and as the San Diego IPMA—Human Resources Board President.
