The MJLEL program was the perfect extension for my HR career. The courses on employment law, labor law, negotiating, mediation, and ADA closed the circle for me on what I have been practicing my whole career. The focus on legal literacy and how to research and cite was invaluable. The addition of social media and intellectual property classes were also a bonus. The research and writing required for the capstone makes you feel like you can do anything! This program will buff/polish you as a professional.
